Yes, we have a 10-day return and 30-day exchange policy. For all custom-made pieces there are no returns, however, we work with you to either modify the pieces or re-make it to your satisfaction.
Yes, we can upgrade the diamonds purchased from us at any point of time. We give you 100% of your original purchase price of the diamond towards the upgraded diamond only.
Yes. All repairs (including watches)are done in-house.
Yes, we perform appraisals daily for all types of jewelry, fine watches and precious stones. Appointments are highly encouraged.
