Is Market Street Diamonds a reputed store?

We have been around since 1906 and cherished thousands of satisfied customers.  Please read reviews left by our clients on Yelp and WeddingWire.

Is this your only location?

Yes. Our store is in Georgetown, Washington DC, minutes from Foggy Bottom metro station and is our only retail location.

Can I shop online?

Yes. Our exclusive Market Street Diamonds online collection is available directly through our website.  However, we only ship in the United States.

What if the ring size I purchased online is not the right size for me?

We will resize the ring free of charge.  You will only have to pay for the return shipping. This does not include the Tungsten bands as they cannot be re-sized.

Where your diamonds come from?

Canada and Tanzania, guaranteed conflict free.

Do you have warranty?

Yes, it’s a life-time warranty.  We do ask you to visit us every 6 months for service, refurbishing and cleaning of your pieces.  It’s all complimentary.

Do you offer insurance?

We can assist you with selecting the best insurance company for your needs by providing full appraisal.

What is your return policy?

Yes, we have a 30-day return and 30-day exchange policy.  For all custom-made pieces there are no returns, however, we work with you to either modify the pieces or re-make it to your satisfaction.

Do you have a diamond upgrade policy?

Yes, we can upgrade the diamonds purchased from us at any point of time.  We give you 100% of your original purchase price of the diamond towards the upgraded diamond only.

Do you do repairs on site?

Yes. All repairs (including watches) are done in-house.

Do you do appraisals?

Yes, we perform appraisals daily for all types of jewelry, fine watches and precious stones. Appointments are highly encouraged.

Do you sell Rolex?

Yes, lightly worn as well as previously enjoyed time pieces.  Also, we can source new ones.
